Pineapple Pastry

Pineapple Pastry is a traditional Taiwanese pastry that has evolved from Western-style shortbread into a distinctly Taiwanese treat. Its main ingredients are flour, butter, sugar, eggs, and white gourd paste (which can also be made with pure pineapple or a mix of white gourd and pineapple).
